Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Agents Kart, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Workspace administrators control membership, roles, agent configuration, and data submitted by their users. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and workspace.
3. Service and acceptable use
Agents Kart provides AI-assisted workflow tools. You may not use the service unlawfully; upload data you lack authority to process; infringe rights; introduce malicious code; probe or bypass security or usage limits; scrape or resell the service; impersonate another person; or use outputs to facilitate discrimination, fraud, harassment, or harm.
4. Resume Screener and employment use
Resume Screener provides decision support, not a final hiring determination. Outputs can contain errors, omit context, or reflect limitations in source material and AI systems. You must ensure meaningful human review, apply job-relevant criteria, provide required candidate notices, offer any legally required review or appeal, and comply with employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, accessibility, and automated-decision laws. You may not use Agents Kart as the sole basis for rejecting, ranking, or selecting a person for employment.
5. Customer data
You retain rights in data you submit. You grant Agents Kart the limited right to host, copy, transmit, retrieve, transform, and process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights and legal basis to submit account, organization, candidate, integration, and public-source information.
6. AI and external sources
The service may use third-party AI providers and retrieve information from public websites or customer-authorized integrations. Public information may be outdated, incomplete, incorrectly attributed, or unavailable. You must verify material claims before relying on them. Agents Kart does not guarantee that generated text, scores, rankings, citations, or outreach drafts are accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Trials, plans, billing, and cancellation
Trial eligibility, duration, usage limits, plan features, prices, taxes, and billing periods are shown in the product or checkout flow. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through the available billing controls. Fees already charged are handled under the checkout terms and applicable law. We may correct pricing errors and change future pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Integrations and communications
If you connect a third-party service, you authorize the access scopes shown during connection and remain subject to that provider’s terms. If you enable candidate outreach, you are responsible for the recipients, message content, required consent, opt-out obligations, and applicable communications laws. Review generated outreach before sending.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
Agents Kart and its licensors own the service, software, design, and branding, excluding customer data. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during an active account. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable usage or security limits; and use subcontractors to operate the service. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Preview, beta, or upcoming features may change or never become generally available.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Agents Kart is not responsible for hiring decisions, missed candidates, customer-provided criteria, third-party services, or actions taken from AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agents Kart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate direct liability will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to hello@agents-kart.com.
